Is There Anything Better Than Fresh Tomatoes?

Another photo that doesn’t need much explanation – just a plate of beautifully ripe heirloom tomatoes ready to be sprinkled with sea salt and drizzled with fruity olive oil. Summer is coming – this is just a reminder of what great food is on its way from the garden.

Fantastic – I don’t think there is, you know.
I can hardly wait for this summer’s crop – if this May day – over 90 degrees is an augury we should have great tomatoes in late July – yum!

Enough said! Just starting to harvest our little patch of tomatoes from the patio garden…and the basil is “on a roll”…so, perfect timing in the food world, no doubt! Just add mozzarella & olive oil…
